Return & Refund Policy
Return Window We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items received after 14 days will not be accepted and will be returned to sender.
Item Condition All returned items must be in their original condition — unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached. Items that show any signs of wear, washing, or damage will not be accepted and will be returned to sender.
Restocking Fee All approved returns are subject to a $5.00 restocking fee which will be deducted from your refund or store credit.
Your Options Once your return is received and inspected, you may choose one of the following:
- Refund — returned to your original payment method within 5–7 business days
- Store Credit — issued as a KH Baby gift card with no expiration date
- Exchange — swap for a different size or item, subject to availability
Return Shipping Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a trackable shipping method as we are not responsible for lost return packages. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Final Sale Items The following items are final sale and cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded:
- All personalized and custom orders
- Sale and clearance items
- Gift cards
How to Start a Return Email us at brittany@khco.shop within 14 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and reason for return and we will send you instructions within 1–2 business days.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery at brittany@khco.shop with a photo and your order number. We will make it right at no cost to you.
