Shipping Policy
Processing Time All orders are processed within 2–5 business days. Personalized and custom orders require 5–7 business days to process. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Shipping Rates We offer the following shipping options for all US orders:
- Free Standard Shipping on all orders $75 and over
- Standard Shipping on orders under $75: $8.00
- Express Shipping: $15.00
Delivery Estimates
- Standard: 5–7 business days after processing
- Express: 2–3 business days after processing
Domestic Shipping Only We currently ship within the United States only. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
Personalized Orders Custom and personalized items cannot be expedited and require additional processing time. Please plan accordingly for gifting occasions.
Lost or Delayed Packages If your package appears lost or has not arrived within the estimated time frame, please contact us at brittany@khco.shop and we will work with you to resolve the issue.
